The SandMan’s Boot Camp Cancellation Policy

There is a set limit to the number of people who can attend our boot camps. Entry is on a “first-come, first-served” basis. A deposit is the only thing that secures your place.  Once a space is reserved with a deposit, you prevent someone else from taking that place. If you cancel, we do not refund deposits. However, if you give us at least 2 weeks notice, we hold your deposit for up to one year to use at a future class or private session.

In rare cases, Alan and Misty have to cancel. This has not happened, but it is feasible it could because of a large engagement offer for Alan and Misty as performers too big to turn down. If we cancel a boot camp, our policy is we will refund your money in full or apply it to a future class. If you apply it to a class scheduled within the subsequent year you will receive a 10% discount off the tuition for that boot camp. (It’s better than Southwest Airlines).

We STRONGLY ADVISE you do not buy plane tickets until 5 weeks prior to the start of your boot camp. If you’ve made arrangements further in advance than that and a class is cancelled, we will not be responsible for any monies you might lose for airfares, hotel deposits, and the like.
